上院内地区は秋田県最南端に位置し、江戸時代に栄えた院内銀山、院内石の採掘場、縄文土器の岩井堂洞窟等の観光スポットがあります。
The Kamiinnai district is located at the southernmost tip of Akita Prefecture and is home to tourist attractions such as the Innai Silver Mine, which flourished during the Edo period, the Innai Stone Mining Site, and the Iwai-do Cave known for the Jomon pottery.

農事組合法人いんないファームは１３名で構成しており、稲作21ha、大豆40ha、加工ダイコン0.7ha、枝豆0.6haを耕作し、地域農業を担っています。稲作と大豆は大型機械で、種まきから収穫・調整・出荷までの一連の作業をシステム化しており、効率アップを図っています。また、加工ダイコンは加工業者に販売しています。
The Innai Farm consists of 13 members. They cultivate 21 ha of rice, 40 ha of mature soybeans (daizu), 0.7 ha of daikon for processing, and 0.6 ha of edamame soybeans, and plays an important role in local agriculture. The rice and soybeans are grown using large machinery, and a series of operations from sowing to harvesting, adjustment, and shipping are systematized to improve efficiency. In addition, radishes for processing are sold to processing companies.
