（県南）湯沢市 中ノ台地域 / Nakanodai Area,Yuzawa City

中ノ台集落の玄関口にある「宇宙大橋」。ここには、女性初の宇宙飛行士”向井千秋”さん直筆の記念碑があります。山合いに２１戸がまとまって佇んでいる集落です。
Uchuohashi” (“the Big Space Bridge”) is located at the entrance to the Nakanodai village. There is a monument here with a handwriting of Ms. Chiaki Mukai, the first Japanese female astronaut. The village consists of 21 households clustered together in the mountains.
昔から共同意識が強く、むらをあげていろいろな行事を行っています。６月は子ども達と行う花壇づくり、７月上旬の農道除草、他に水路清掃、山道整備など盛りだくさんです。
People here have had a strong sense of community and held various community events together: In June, they make flowerbeds with local children, in July they cut grass of the agricultural roads. They also clean waterways and maintain mountain roads.
９月１３日、むらの守り神・虚空蔵神社の収穫お礼祭が、コロナ禍の中、少人数で行われました。お祓いをした御札は公民館で全戸に配布されました。
On September 13, the annual harvest festival at the Kokuzo Shrine, which enshrines the guardian deity of the village, was held with a few participants in the midst of the Corona virus pandemic. The purified ofuda tablets (a type of talisman) were distributed to all households at the community center.
