（県南）羽後町 田代地域／Tashiro Area,Ugo Town
令和2年10月25日 / October 25th,2020.
秋雨の続く10月下旬。羽後町の山間部にある田代地区を訪れました。この日、農家民宿の立ち上げを視野に起業プラン作成中の研修生が、秋田県主催の合宿ワークショップに参加。「かやぶき山荘格山」と「阿専」を会場に、起業のテーマやビジョンを練りました。
Autumn rain continued in late October. I visited the Tashiro area in the mountains in Ugo town. On this day, trainees, who are in the process of creating a business plan for starting up farm inns in near future, gathered to participate in a workshop organized by Akita Prefecture. At venues like Kayabuki Sanso Kakuzan and Asen, they worked on themes and vision for starting a business.

会場周辺の山々は、少しずつ秋色に。七曲山の頂上にある「みはらし荘」では、雲間から陽が差し込む神聖な横手盆地を眺望できました。そんな美しい里山の恵みを活用した、新しいアイデアが生まれる日を楽しみに待ちましょう！
The mountains around the venues are slowly turning into autumn colors. From atop Mt. Nanamagari, where Miharashiso is situated, we could enjoy a commanding view of the Yokote Basin, divinely illuminated with rays of sunshine through the clouds. Let’s look forward to the day they can come up with innovative ideas to best utilize the blessings of the beautiful satoyama (mountain villages).
